42. In respect of originating applications under these Rules there shall be charged a fee of one pound, and in respect of other proceedings or matters there shall be charged the fees payable in actions relating to claims exceeding twenty-five pounds, as set out in Appendix A to the Court Fees Order and Rules, 1953 to 1954, on in any subsequent amendment thereof.
