42. In respect of originating applications under these Rules there shall be charged a fee of δώδεκα ευρώ, and in respect of other proceedings or matters there shall be charged the fees payable in actions relating to claims exceeding πεντήκοντα pounds, as set out in Appendix A to the Court Fees Order and Rules, 1953 to 1954, on in any subsequent amendment thereof.
