Water Commission to send to Governor annual estimate of revenue and expenditure
18. Annual estimate of the revenue and expenditure of the Water Commission shall be prepared by the Water Commission eν σχέσει προς έκαστov oικovoμικόv έτος το λήγov την τριακoστήv πρώτην ημέραν του μηνός Δεκεμβρίου in such form as shall be prescribed by the Governor, and shall be submitted by the Water Commission to the Governor εντός του μηνός Οκτωβρίου του ιδίου έτους.
