107.-(1) The Board of Education, the Town Committees and the Village Commissions for Greek-Orthodox schools shall take cognizance of matters connected with Greek-Orthodox elementary education and of no others.
(2) The Board of Education, the Town Committees and the Village Commissions for Moslem schools shall take cognizance of matters connected with Moslem elementary education and of no others.
(3) The Board of Education and the Village Commission for Maronite Schools shall take cognizance of matters connected with Maronite elementary education and of no others.
(4) The Director in the performance of the duties and the exercise of the powers of a Board of Education for the schools of any religious community in the Δημοκρατία other than Greek-Orthodox or Moslem or the Committee of Management for such schools shall take cognizance of matters connected with the elementary education of such religious communities and of no others.
