43. Subject to any special order of the Court, the fees to be allowed to advocates as between themselves and their clients in respect of any proceedings under these Rules shall be those laid down in the Civil Procedure Rules δι' αγωγάς μεταξύ χιλίων και πέντε χιλιάδων ευρώ.
