86. When it is necessary to give notice of any motion to be made to the Court such notice shall be served on all parties who may be affected by the proposed order and who shall have entered an appearance four clear days previously to the hearing of such motion, and a copy of the notice so served shall be filed in the registry and the affidavits to be used in support of the motion and original documents, referred to therein or intended to be used at the hearing of the motion shall at the same time be left in the registry. Copies of such affidavits or documents shall be delivered at the same time that the notice of motion is served to the parties who are entitled to be heard upon the motion.
