Movable property to be made available to Board of Management and taking over the School
3. Upon the coming into operation of this Law the Governor shall make available for the use of the Board of Managenent all the movable property forming the furniture and equipment used on the date of the coming into operation of this Law for the purposes of the School, whereupon the Board of Management-
(a) shall take over, and shall continue to carry on, the School as a school in its present form or in such other form as the Governor may from time to time determine;
(b) shall manage and control the School as in section 2 prescribed.
